Hannah Menzer and Richard Menzer: A Daughter's Hands

In 2016, I noticed my dad was struggling with nutrition and having trouble managing grocery shopping. Tasks he had handled independently his entire life were suddenly becoming overwhelming. I have been 'the daughter' caught in the sandwich generation—caring for my own children while navigating my father’s journey with early-onset dementia. I know firsthand what it is like to feel anxious about a loved one every single day. I walked alongside my dad every step of the way until he passed in 2023, and that experience is exactly why I do this work.

The Daughter

Hannah Menzer, founder and RN CDCP of A Daughter's Hands

Hi, I’m Hannah Menzer, RN CDCP.

I founded A Daughter’s Hands because families often need more than a list of resources- they need someone who can show up, connect the dots, and guide decisions with both heart and clinical understanding.

My approach is personal and practical: I help families understand what’s happening, what options exist, and what steps to take next. I advocate, coordinate, educate, and problem - solve so you can feel less overwhelmed and more supported.
